Compass Global Secures Federal Funding to Advance AI in Commercial Construction

Compass Global is proud to announce that we have secured federal funding to support the continued research and development of artificial intelligence for commercial construction.

This milestone represents an important step forward for our company and for the future of preconstruction. It validates the work we have been building for years through real estimating experience, real project data, and real-world construction challenges. More importantly, it creates an opportunity to develop technology that can improve how construction teams interpret documents, manage risk, and define scope before those issues reach the field.

What began with a specialized focus on Division 09 and commercial floor covering is now expanding into a broader vision. This funding gives Compass Global the ability to broaden our research and development efforts across every division and scope of commercial construction, creating a foundation for smarter preconstruction across the entire project lifecycle.

This work is being advanced with the assistance of The University of Georgia as we continue expanding AI research for commercial construction.
