Commercial Pre-Construction Intelligence
Compass Global is not an estimating firm. It is a firm focused on the deployment of commercial pre-construction intelligence — converting construction information into structured analysis derived from drawings, specifications, addenda, bulletins, ASIs, finish schedules, scope conditions, contradictions, missing information, project risk, RFI opportunities, and estimator observations. Compass Global is federally funded for artificial intelligence research in pre-construction.

Division 09 Estimators joined The CCFE Group in 2026 as the estimating division for commercial flooring and tile — providing commercial flooring and tile estimating and takeoff production, the estimating execution and production arm of the ecosystem.

U.S.-Based Commercial Glass & Storefront Estimating
Division 08 Estimators provides supplemental commercial glass, glazing, storefront, and aluminum entrance estimating capacity — additional pre-construction estimating support for commercial glazing contractors when bid volume exceeds internal resources.

U.S.-Based Lumber & Building Materials Estimating — Launching November 1, 2026
Effective November 1, 2026, Division 06 Estimators expands The CCFE Group’s professional estimating and pre-construction intelligence services to include lumber and building materials — delivered to the same document-driven standards as the group’s other estimating divisions.

Rogue IQ is the Construction Intelligence technology and development company within the ecosystem — building systems designed specifically around construction information, construction workflows, commercial decision-making, and human-governed artificial intelligence across all construction divisions. Rogue IQ joined The CCFE Group in 2024.
