Estimating and takeoff drawings illustrate measured areas, material assignments, quantities, transitions, and related scope information. They are prepared for estimating, not for fabrication.
Simple shop drawings are a standard component of our estimating deliverables. They document estimated material locations, layouts, scope boundaries, and other relevant project conditions so the basis of the estimate can be understood. They are estimating-level documentation, not engineered, sealed, or approved fabrication documents.
Detailed shop drawings are an optional service, separately requested and quoted. Detailed installation layouts, enlarged plans or elevations, complex pattern and material coordination, detailed transitions and interface coordination, extensive layout revisions, and project-specific technical drawing packages require an additional service agreement with an approved scope before the work begins. Professional engineering, stamped drawings, calculations, and fabrication-level detailing are not included unless separately contracted through appropriately qualified parties.
