An Industry Cannot Standardize What It Cannot Define.

Construction Intelligence is an emerging discipline.  Without common terminology and measurable criteria, claims of accuracy, intelligence, maturity, risk, or performance become difficult to compare.  Rhogan Research Institute exists to establish that foundation.
